General

We are a specialist mobile AdBlue and emissions service covering Sussex, Surrey and parts of Kent and London. We provide AdBlue delete, disable and removal, EGR delete and disable, NOx sensor delete/bypass, SCR/UREA and DPF solutions, ECU remapping and full diagnostics — every fix is 100% guaranteed and backed by a lifetime warranty. Our technician comes to your home, workplace or roadside location so you do not need to visit a garage or arrange recovery.

We work on diesel cars, vans and commercial vehicles from all major manufacturers including Mercedes (Sprinter, Vito, C-Class, E-Class), Ford (Transit, Transit Custom, Ranger, Focus), Volkswagen (Transporter, Crafter, Caddy, Golf, Passat), Peugeot (Boxer, Expert, Partner), Vauxhall (Movano, Vivaro, Insignia), Citroen (Relay, Dispatch, Berlingo), BMW, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Renault, Toyota and others. If you are unsure whether we cover your vehicle, contact us with your registration.

We are a fully mobile diagnostic service. We do not have a workshop you visit — instead, our technician comes to you with professional diagnostic tools, specialist software and the equipment needed for most repairs. This saves you the cost and hassle of recovery, the downtime of waiting for a garage appointment and the risk of driving with warning lights active.

Our technicians have years of hands-on experience with diesel diagnostics, AdBlue systems and emissions-related fault finding. We invest continuously in manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment and training to stay ahead of evolving vehicle technology. Our reviews and repeat customers across the South East reflect the quality and reliability of our mobile service.

Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and our technicians are experienced professionals trained in advanced diesel diagnostics. We use professional-grade equipment that accesses manufacturer-specific data — not just generic OBD fault codes. All work is carried out to a high standard with clear communication throughout.

AdBlue & Warnings

First, check whether the AdBlue tank simply needs topping up. If the warning persists after topping up to the correct level, there is likely an underlying sensor, SCR system or NOx sensor fault. Continuing to drive without diagnosis can lead to reduced engine performance, limp mode or a no-start countdown. Contact us with your vehicle details and we will advise the best next step.

Some vehicles display a mileage countdown on the dashboard — for example, ‘AdBlue: No engine start in 500 miles’. This means the vehicle may refuse to restart once the countdown reaches zero. This is one of the most common and urgent reasons people call us. Early diagnosis gives you significantly more options. If you are seeing a countdown, contact us as soon as possible.

Yes. The no-start countdown is triggered when the vehicle’s emissions system detects a fault or insufficient AdBlue quality. We diagnose the root cause — which is often a faulty NOx sensor, SCR pressure issue or AdBlue injector fault — and resolve it using manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment. In most cases, the countdown can be cleared once the underlying fault is fixed, without needing a main dealer visit.

If your AdBlue warning returns shortly after topping up or after a previous garage visit, the root cause was likely never properly diagnosed. Common causes include a failing NOx sensor giving incorrect readings, a partially blocked SCR catalyst, an AdBlue injector that is not dosing correctly or crystallised AdBlue in the system. We trace the fault back to the component level — we do not just clear codes and hope for the best.

AdBlue faults relate specifically to the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system that reduces NOx emissions using Diesel Exhaust Fluid (AdBlue). These faults trigger their own set of warning lights and messages, but they often interact with the engine management system. A persistent AdBlue fault can eventually trigger limp mode or a no-start condition. We specialise in the interaction between emissions systems and engine management, which is why we can often resolve faults that general garages struggle with.

Mobile Service & Locations

Yes — we are a fully mobile service. Our technician comes to your home, workplace or a safe roadside location with professional diagnostic equipment and tools. You do not need to arrange recovery, take time off work or risk driving with warning lights active. We cover Sussex, Surrey and parts of Kent and London. Check our Areas Covered page or send us your postcode for confirmation.

We cover Sussex (including Crawley, Gatwick, Horsham, East Grinstead, Brighton, Worthing, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Chichester, Shoreham, Littlehampton), Surrey (including Redhill, Reigate, Guildford, Dorking, Epsom, Leatherhead, Woking, Horley, Godstone, Caterham), parts of Kent (including Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Dartford) and selected London areas (including Croydon, Bromley, Sutton, Kingston, South London). If your town is not listed, contact us — we may still be able to help.

Yes — we regularly attend commercial premises, business addresses, fleet yards and industrial estates across our coverage area. For tradespeople, couriers and fleet operators, having your vehicle diagnosed at your place of work minimises disruption and downtime. Our mobile workshop carries everything needed for most diagnostic and repair work.

We can attend roadside locations where it is safe for our technician to work. If your vehicle has broken down or entered limp mode while you were driving, pull over in a safe location and contact us. We cannot work on motorway hard shoulders or other locations where it would be unsafe, but lay-bys, residential streets and commercial parking areas are all locations we regularly attend. Safety is always our first consideration.

Contact us anyway. Our coverage areas are based on typical travel times but we can sometimes extend our reach depending on technician availability and the nature of your fault. We would much rather you checked with us than assumed we cannot help. Send your postcode or give us a call and we will give you an honest answer about whether we can attend.

Diagnostics & Repairs

We use manufacturer-level diagnostic tools that access vehicle data far beyond what generic OBD scanners can read. This allows us to test individual components (such as NOx sensors, SCR pressure sensors and AdBlue injectors) against manufacturer specifications, read live data streams from multiple control modules simultaneously and cross-reference fault patterns across different vehicle systems. This level of diagnostic accuracy means faster fault finding and fewer unnecessary part replacements.

No, you do not need a fault code — though it is helpful if you have one. Just tell us what you are experiencing: what warning lights are showing, any dashboard messages and how the vehicle is behaving differently. We will run our own full diagnostic when we arrive using professional equipment that reads data generic scanners miss.

We test both upstream and downstream sensors against manufacturer values to confirm exactly which one is at fault, then reset adaptations and provide an ECU software solution so the fault is cleared and the SCR system reports correctly. We are a diagnostic and ECU software service — we do not physically replace sensors — and most NOx faults are diagnosed and resolved in a single visit on site.

Yes. We diagnose DPF faults including blocked filters, failed regenerations, pressure sensor failures and temperature sensor issues. Depending on the diagnosis, we can run a software-initiated forced regeneration with live temperature monitoring, provide a DPF software solution or advise on the most cost-effective approach. We always investigate why the DPF blocked in the first place — a forced regeneration alone often does not address the underlying cause.

EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve faults are common on modern diesel engines and often trigger engine management warnings alongside AdBlue faults. We test the EGR valve electronically, then blank or disable the EGR and clear the related fault codes. Because EGR and SCR systems interact, we always check both systems when diagnosing emissions-related faults to avoid missing a linked problem.

We offer professional ECU software checks, manufacturer updates and remapping services with full transparency about what is being changed and why. Remapping should always be approached with care — we provide honest advice about whether remapping is appropriate for your vehicle, your usage and your goals.

Pricing & Payment

Our diagnostic fee is competitive and reflects the specialist equipment, manufacturer-level software and experienced technician we bring to your location. We provide a clear price estimate before any work begins so there are no surprises. The total cost depends on what we find and what needs to be done — but we always explain your options and the associated costs in plain English before proceeding with any repair. For delete work, our AdBlue delete cost guide sets out real figures.

We operate a ‘no fix, no fee’ policy where applicable. If we cannot diagnose and resolve your fault, you will not be charged for the repair. You will always know the cost before any work begins. Our diagnostic approach is thorough and professional, so the vast majority of faults are identified and resolved on the first visit.

When you factor in recovery costs (if your vehicle cannot be driven), time off work to visit a garage and the cost of misdiagnosis leading to unnecessary part replacements, mobile diagnostics are often more cost-effective — not less. Main dealers can charge significantly more for the same diagnostic work, and generic garages may lack the specialist equipment needed for accurate AdBlue and SCR fault finding. We bring dealer-level diagnostics to your location for a competitive price.

We accept bank transfer, debit and credit cards. Payment is taken once the work is complete and you are satisfied. We will discuss payment arrangements with you before starting any work so everything is clear from the outset.

Booking & Response

We aim for same-day attendance where availability permits and operate 7 days a week across our coverage area. When you contact us, we will give you an honest estimate of when we can reach you — usually much faster than a main dealer or traditional garage. For urgent cases where a vehicle is stranded or a countdown is close to zero, we prioritise where we can.

The quickest way is to call us or send the quote form with your vehicle registration, postcode and a brief description of the warning lights or fault you are seeing. You can also use the quote form on our homepage or Services page. We will confirm availability and give you an estimated arrival time — usually within the hour.

To give you the most accurate advice and fastest response, we need your vehicle registration number (so we can check the vehicle specification), your postcode (so we can confirm coverage and estimate arrival time) and a description of what you are experiencing — what warning lights are on, any dashboard messages and any changes in how the vehicle drives. A photo of your dashboard or any previous diagnostic report is very helpful but not essential.

In many cases, yes. Same-day attendance is something we prioritise where possible, and we carry the diagnostic equipment and ECU software needed for most jobs on a single visit. The exact timing depends on your location and our existing bookings, but we will give you an honest estimate when you contact us. Evening and weekend appointments are available by arrangement.

In the rare case that a fault requires parts we do not carry as standard or additional specialist work beyond a single visit, we will explain exactly what is needed, order the required parts and arrange a follow-up visit at the earliest opportunity. You will know the full plan and cost before we leave. Our goal is always to resolve the fault as efficiently as possible to minimise your downtime.
